For Breakfast: I made Homemade Granola & Baked Pears. I often enjoy the mix of a refreshing breakfast with warm comforts.
I was reading a post on Martha Stewart the other day about pears being underrated, you tend to hear 'underrated' when discussing a artist or a designer but not food haha. Anyway there was a simple recipe on the website for baked pears and it inspired me to do the rest.
The nice thing about pears is that it has a subtle-sweet taste to it. You can use this recipe and pair it with a a dip, a savoury meal or use it as I have.
